Welcome to all ALS A & E Passers From all Places
who Took their Exam in BAGUIO CITY
FROM 2004 - present!

Many out-of-school youths & adults
are passing the A & E Test. However,
we don't know whether they are
currently employed or enrolled
in high school,universities/
colleges or NOT.

The objective of this survey then is to know the impact of the A & E test in the employment,promotion, salary increase and/or educational advancement of the passers.

until August 31, 2010

5. Click "Save" so that you can specify where to save the document (Survey Questionnaire.doc) inorder for you to locate it when you are going to upload it after filling or answering the survey questionnaire.

6. Select "My Documents" on the leftside of the window and click "Save" button on the right side.

7. Now click "Open" button to directly open the downloaded document or "Open Folder" to open the location where the file is downloaded.
